This exciting opportunity is ideal for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Mechanical Fitter Apprentices who want to gain hands-on experience and break into the construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with fault finding for breakdowns
- Maintain stock of hydraulic, mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic materials
- Assemble metal parts and subassemblies for production machines and equipment
- Complete mechanical checklists and weekly inspections of plant and machinery
- Conduct marking and lining out
- Perform pre-start checks on plant, tools, and equipment
- Safely store and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow quality control systems and techniques
- General housekeeping and other duties as required
Skills / Requirements:
- Currently enrolled into your Mechanical Fitter Apprenticeship
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
- Working Safely at Heights Certificate
- HRWL - EWP over 11m
